Aircraft hangars, parking and outside ramps

Once the flight leg successfully created and the airports requiring Slot request validated, the catalogue search becomes accessible from the trip timeline.

There are 3 catalogue types, accessible under the airport of service:

Ground handling
Aircraft, parking, outside ramp
Fuel

When the Cart submission has been successfully done, an accounting folder dedicated to the service provider opens in the timeline.

Aircraft Hangar catalogue

Step 1: Configure your stay dates and UTC hours for requested in – out. Launch the search.

Step 2: Consult Service Provider’s showcase and display offer & facilities.

Step 3: Consult offer details and facilities description (hangar, parking, outside ramp), considering the entering aircraft profile. An estimated availability indication could be displayed. If availability indicator highlights “Availability subject to confirmation”, the Service provider should validate availability or counter prose to the customer. Ultimately, he will validate the physical availability, as movements frequently change.

Step 4: Submit a Quote request from you cart: ADD TO CART, then VIEW IN CART to finalize your submission. Free comments to the attention of the Service provider could be added.

Accept the sales terms and validate the Quote request submission.

The “Change my reservation” functionality brings back to the Service Provider’s catalogue filtered on the last calendar search.

All newly created Quote requests could be consulted from the Orders dashboard (last column ACTIONS to open the QUOTE-ORDER-INVOICE document).
